Anyone ever see this before. I thought the same idea could be used for a coffee bar. All your coffee
bits in there. Even a little stove maybe? Or drinks on one bike and coffee on another.

I've seen that same photograph, Andrew, though I've never seen one in the flesh.  Something along these lines would be just cracking good for the Lake Pepin Three Speed Tour Brew-up!

That’s neat! I don’t have the skills to build something like that but someone with a bit of cabinetmaker in them could make that up then add a way to swivel the top so that the door (table) part sat level when the bike was on the kick stand and it would be just the thing for a brew-up or cocktails!

How about a trailer for fish and chips? Bangers an mash?
